Paul had another exam this evening around 7pm. Again, the nurses turned off the the medicine that is keeping him asleep to see how he would respond. He did great again. He continues to try to respond as best he can to their requests. When asked he was able to squeeze his hands and move his legs and toes. He was also trying to open his eyes upon request again. The nurses were kind enough to leave the sleep meds off for longer so that Paul's family could talk to and interact with him. He definitely hears us and knows we're there. It was really great to see. The nurses will do another exam at 2am. Then around 11am tomorrow morning, his neurologist, will perform another full exam. Thank you again for the outpouring of support. Paul's family really appreciates it, and we know that Paul does too.
